Fire Sautéed Swiss Chard
Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh, Swiss Chard
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp. sea salt
Instructions:
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet on the stove turned to medium heat.
- Sauté garlic and crush red pepper for about 1 minute
- Add Swiss chard and sea salt and cook for three minutes, stirring continually
- Remove from stove when Swiss chard is wilted
- Serve warm and store leftovers in a covered container in the fridge
Notes: collard greens, spinach, turnip greens, and kale all work well in this recipe
