Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into pieces about 1” by 1” and place in a medium bowl
- In a small bowl, add the cornstarch extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper and mix until combined
- Add the oil mixture onto the cauliflower pieces and toss until the pieces are evenly covered with the mixture
- Place pieces on the baking sheet then place in oven
- Bake for 20 minutes then remove from oven and stir the pieces around on the baking sheet
- Place back in oven to cook for about 10 more minutes, until pieces are crispy on the outside, yet tender in the middle
- Remove and serve with your choice of dip and celery sticks (see tips for suggestions)
- Enjoy!
Dip Tips:
- Frank’s RedHot Sauce is a good option for buffalo flavor- you can combine this with a little maple syrup to balance the spicy, tangy and sweet flavors
