Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

 

Ingredients:

1 large cauliflower

1 tbsp. cornstarch

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp. garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. black pepper

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into pieces about 1” by 1” and place in a medium bowl
  3. In a small bowl, add the cornstarch extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper and mix until combined
  4. Add the oil mixture onto the cauliflower pieces and toss until the pieces are evenly covered with the mixture
  5. Place pieces on the baking sheet then place in oven
  6. Bake for 20 minutes then remove from oven and stir the pieces around on the baking sheet
  7. Place back in oven to cook for about 10 more minutes, until pieces are crispy on the outside, yet tender in the middle
  8. Remove and serve with your choice of dip and celery sticks (see tips for suggestions)
  9. Enjoy!

 

Dip Tips:

  • Frank’s RedHot Sauce is a good option for buffalo flavor- you can combine this with a little maple syrup to balance the spicy, tangy and sweet flavors
