Spicy Hummus
Ingredients:
1 15 oz. can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 clove fresh garlic
½ tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. salt
¼ cup salsa
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until well combined
- Serve as a dip with fresh celery, cucumbers, carrots or as spreads on sandwiches or wraps
